Working with indigenous and classic grape varieties, Ottin produces wines that are precise, expressive, and deeply connected to their origin. His presence on February 24th offers guests a rare opportunity to taste these wines while hearing directly from the winemaker about the vineyards, the challenges of high-altitude farming, and the philosophy behind each bottle.
